Zero Media offers web design, website development, eCommerce site design, website support, and small marketing services like content creation.
2. Exclusions:
The monthly management fee or the initial design and development fee does not include the following:
- Hosting Fees
- Ongoing Plugin or extensions Fees
- Domain Fee
3. Age Restrictions and Eligibility:
There are no age restrictions to use our services as long as you can make payments and have a legitimate requirement for our services.
4. Payment Terms and Pricing:
Payment Schedule:
– 50% of the total project cost is due upon project commencement.
– The remaining 50% is due upon project handover.
Monthly Fee:
– The monthly fee for ongoing services will commence once the website is live.
Payment Methods:
– We accept payment via bank transfer or online payment platforms.
Revisions and Changes:
– The quote includes a reasonable number of revisions or rounds of changes usually between 8-10. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Termination:
– 30 days’ notice is required if you wish to terminate the ongoing services.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns:
Cancellations made before project completion will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Refunds are not provided, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitations of Liability:
Zero Media strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee the success or outcomes of the projects. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
7. Intellectual Property Rights:
You retain ownership of your website. However, certain third-party themes or apps may be used as part of the services. Intellectual property rights associated with these third-party tools are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
8. User-Generated Content:
If user-generated content is applicable, the creator retains ownership and responsibility for their content. Zero Media is not responsible for any user-generated content posted on websites created by us.
9. Data Privacy and Protection:
Zero Media handles data privacy and protection in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Tools or Services:
Any additional third-party tools or services, such as paid plugins or templates, will incur additional charges. The terms and conditions of these third-party tools or services are governed by their respective providers.
11. Website Design Inculsiuons
It depends on the project but a standard build includes a functional website 10-15 pages, responsive design, content upload, relevant plugins/extensions, opt-in form, speed optimization, hosting setup (if needed), social media icons
12. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blog that contains offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
